- Effective communication skills including speaking and writing skills in English which is a key language used in the workplace. Candidate should be able to effectively communicate with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the company
- Mathematical skills, including basic math, are utilized frequently
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating abilities
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
- The ability to manage sales activities and events in line with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget and sales strategies for the hotel.
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Anaanalytical skills to understand market intelligence and competitions in order to make right recommendation on the busienss to the management.
